About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Faris Hobbies. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and prices

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT at 5%. The VAT amount is shown on your order summary and invoice.
• Product descriptions and specifications come from the manufacturers' documentation. Photos are for illustration; packaging may differ.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors. If the price of an item in your order was wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

• Your order is confirmed when payment is completed (card) or when you place it with cash on delivery, if that option is offered.
• Card payments are processed on the secure payment page of Network International. We never see or store your card number.
• An unpaid card order is held for a limited time and then cancelled automatically, and the items are released.
• You can cancel an order yourself until it is paid or, for cash on delivery, until it is processed.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery fees, free-delivery conditions and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping and returns policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns are covered by our Shipping and returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer law.

Liability

Please follow the manufacturer's installation and safety instructions. Radio equipment must be used in line with the rules of the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) and your licence. We are not liable for loss caused by use of a product contrary to its instructions or the applicable regulations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
